Whimsy Fest
A creative arts festival featuring The World's Shortest Parade.
A free event at Alameda Point celebrating the unveiling of several large-scale murals, craft vendors, local beer, wine, and food trucks.

The many marching bands spontaneously appeared engaging the audience into dance parties. Freaks en Flique provided wandering performances highlighted by flash mobs which kept the energy at its peak.
